Facilitators may remove any participant who violates these standards; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

CONFIDENTIALITY & NO-RECORDING

We value a trust-based environment. You agree:

Not to record audio/video or capture screenshots of any live or virtual Offering without written consent from Company and all participants depicted.

Not to disclose or distribute other participants’ personal stories or identifying details outside the Offering.
Company may, with Your permission, request a testimonial. Otherwise, Your participation is private as described here. (See “Your Materials and Contributions” for license provisions when You voluntarily submit content to Us.)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

Revocation of Access. You may terminate Your access by emailing Us. Outstanding balances become immediately due upon termination.

Currency & Taxes. Payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout (default USD). Applicable taxes will be applied as required by law.

Order Reversal or Cancellation. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at Our discretion and will refund as applicable.

No Reselling. Resale or distribution of Our products is prohibited.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and, if needed, mediation/ADR before filing any civil action.
